💜☮ Looking Within - A Brief Mindfulness Practice ☮💜 

Get into a comfortable spot. Choose to sit up or lay down. Close your eyes or gaze downward and focus on an object.Take 3 deep breaths; Then let your breathing go back to its natural pace and just notice how you feel. Listen to your body and soul. What is your message? 

When you feel ready to come back to the space you're in; Take 3 deep breaths and open your eyes.
